This modern facility in built using CMU construction and the glazing , powder coated railings and metal roofing allow this building to withstand this highly exposed site during our stormy season to ensure its full operation
Freeport Ship Services
Freeport Ship Services is Grand Bahamas largest ship agency and logistics company. The new facility is 92,000sq,ft, and sits on a 5.5 acre site in Freeports Heavy Industrial area. The facility was purchased in 2003 by FSS and completely renovated after it sat abandoned for nearly 10 years. This previously derelict facility was transformed into a world class facility and has enabled FSS to grow into the number one port agency in the region..

Sanitation Services Ltd. is the local entity owned and operated by Advanced Disposal, the fifth largest solid waste company in the United States. This state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to effective and sustainable solutions to presserve our environment for future generations. The Administration building is 4,500 sq.ft and is constructed with the ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) sytem, the 10,000sq.ft.mechanic/maintenance shop is all steel construction with galvanized sub-frames. The tire shop and welding shop is constructed with a clearspan metal structure with a high velocity wind canvas cover
Del Sol /Cariloha
Located at Freeport Harbour, Del Sol/Cariloha is one of the newest retail franchises. With Del Sol's vibrant colour changing graphics and Cariloha's ultra comfortable bamboo linens, this store has become a must for all visitors. Filled with tons of fun stuff and themed with Disney characters, there is something here for all ages.
Memories Resort
In 2014, Memories Resorts joined us here in Grand Bahama. Yellow Fin General Contractors Ltd. was hired by Hutchinson Lucaya to do a full remodel on 502 rooms at the facility. The demolition scope included removal of all old furnishings, concrete spalling repairs, drywall removal, carpet removal and mildew remediation. The fit out included interior plastering, new millwork where needed, tile work where needed, painting, installation of carpet and installation of all new furnishings and artwork.
Memories Resort Luxury Suites
After a successful year at the newly renovated facility, Memories decided to add a luxury suite to their sales package.
Along with their designer from Mexico, Yellow Fin transformed one of the traditional existing suites into a modern luxury suite. Together we redesigned the entire layout while upgrading all finishes including stone tiles dark woods, quartz counter tops and state-of-the-art electrical devices and equipment

In 2015, after the success of Memories Resort
Hutchinson Lucaya decided to do a soft refurbishment of 204 rooms at their facility Hutchinson hired Yellow Fin General Contractors to do 169 of the rooms and do the remaining rooms in-house. The contract mainly included drywall repairs, interior plastering, painting, and assistance with managing the HVAC and Chill water subcontractors on Hutchinson's behalf.

After over 20 years of enjoying their private hideaway, Mr. Adams decided to add 2 en-suites and 2 bedrooms so that he can share his piece of paradise with his kids and grandkids.
Bahamas Wholesale Agencies
In order to keep up with the island's demand, BWA has added 8,250 sq.ft. of warehouse including 2,500 sq.ft of freezer space to accommodate additional inventory and give them an elevated warehouse to enable safe storage in severe hurricane conditions to allow them the ability to continue operations in any potential aftermath.

A private residence in one of Freeport's most prestigious locations at Princess Isles. This home includes 5 structures creating a private piece of paradise. This design-build project's intent was to create a modern island flare personalized for family time.

with over 40,000 sq. ft. of space, this state of the art facility was designed with modern building techniques and implements cutting edge technology to allow students to learn at the highest level in order to compete in today,s high standards in the medical profession.
Pelican Bay has upgraded 192 of their rooms to offer a more modern room design and offer a room type that was not previously available on the island. They have also added a "long stay" suite for those wanting to stay for longer durations.
